Since I was a young boy, I have always been fascinated in making food.

Spending many hours in Sicily with my parents watching them create many pasta dishes, meatballs and lots of
fish dishes. Fish is one of the most popular foods to eat, of course along with pizzas.
Every Sunday my Mum made fresh bread and pizza. It was from these wonderful days with my family,
I had the realisation that I would become a Chef.
I attended Catering School in Agrigento, following this I worked in many restaurants and hotels in Sicily,
later moving to England working in the same sector.
However, my dream of creating and making pizza was always on my mind so I decided to follow my dreams
and make this a reality and so Carpe Diem Catering Ltd was born.
